In addition to professional civil engineering and land surveying services, Grady Consulting is pleased to provide landscape design services. Registered Landscape Architect, Bart Lipinski, has over 20 years’ experience with residential and large commercial projects. He is currently registered or certified as a Landscape Architect in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Bart works with your goals to thoughtfully arrive at creative solutions. Whether you require screening areas, buffers, gardens, planting beds, pools, patios, terraces, or hillside slopes, his designs preserve the character of your unique property.

Grady Consulting has the ability and experience to create low maintenance, affordable, durable, attractive landscape designs. Our services include on-site meetings, nursery meetings, preliminary and final designs that incorporate your comments and interests.

Our intuitive plans can include colored and 3-dimensional models when requested. We also provide estimates for construction and construction phase services.

Conceptual Landscape Plans
We work with our clients to prepare concepts which may include landscape elements such as decks, walkways, driveway layouts, walls, patios, fire pits, fencing, feature gardens, arbors, trellis, gazebos, plant massings, and aesthetic grading

Landscape Design Plans (suitable for landscape construction bidding and implementation)
We revise and refine landscape design development drawings per client comments. We prepare a final planting plan and plant list suitable for landscape construction bidding and implementation. We prepare landscape lighting and specifications plan.

Administration of Landscape Design
Following the completion of the landscape drawings, Grady Consulting will be available to assist during the landscape implementation phase of the property in collaboration with the general contractor and landscape contractor.

We are available to attend site visits or meetings, respond to general or landscape contractor inquiries, coordinate material selections, and review hardscape implementation, layout, and grading. We are also available to visit local nurseries to assist in the selection of plant materials and to assist in the location of plant materials for the property.

Grady Consulting will also include any correspondence or coordination with the general contractor, the landscape contractor, or other related parties in the direct interest of the project that occur after the completion of the final landscape plans.
